Scheduled Meetings
View Meeting List
Your video system may be connected
to a management system capable
of scheduling video meetings. Any
meetings scheduled will then appear
in a
List of Meetings
.
The List of Meetings contains a list of
upcoming, meetings scheduled to
take place during the next 14 days
(this setting may have been changed
by your video support team). The
list is sorted using grouping headers.
The main grouping category is by
day (e.g.: TODAY, TOMORROW, then
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 2014 etc).
If you tap an item in the list then
more information will become
available.
When a scheduled meeting appears
as
Private meeting
it will contain
information about the organizer only.
There will be no title, no expandable
meeting outline as well as no dial-in
information.
