Remove a program
You can remove programs that have been added to the phone at any time. Be sure that you select the right
program before removing it.
1. From the Home screen, press the left soft key

3. Scroll to Remove Programs.
4. Select the program to remove.
5. Press the right soft key
[Menu]
6. Select
Remove.
NOTE:
Programs that come pre-installed in the phone cannot be deleted.
Select NAM
The NAM or Number Assignment Module, is a part of the phone that stores a wireless device's phone
number, lock code, timer reset code and other user information. The NAM is programmed by the service
provider when a device is activated. The NAM also associates the Mobile Identification Number (MIN) with
the Electronic Serial Number (ESN).

4. Select Wireless Manager and click OK

Select TTY Mode
Your phone is able to operate with TTY (Teletypewriter) digital modes. This feature is system dependent and
may not be available in all areas.

Error Reporting
Error Reporting sends information needed by technical support groups to diagnose a program error for a
device running Windows Mobile software. A text file is created whenever an error is detected, and can be
delivered to support personnel if you choose to send it. If a program error occurs, Error Reporting

automatically. The information Microsoft receives is used by programming groups at Microsoft. The data is
used for quality control and will not be used for tracking individual users or installations for any marketing
purpose.
With Error Reporting, the only data that is initially collected is technical data about the state of the program
