Display your Software Version
Each phone has a software version number. Check the software version of your phone to make sure it
matches the documentation accompanying it.

Display your Hardware Version
The phone itself also has a version number. Should you need tech support or for upgrades, you will need to
check the hardware version.

Display your PRL Version
The PRL (Preferred Roaming List) is a list of information that resides in the memory of a digital phone. It lists
the frequency bands the phone can use in various parts of the country. (The smaller bands within Cellular or
PCS.)

2. Select Settings and press OK.
3. Scroll to Phone Information and press OK.
Display your ERI Version
ERI is the Enhanced Roaming Indicator and provides more information regarding the roaming status of your
phone.
1. From the Home screen, press the left soft key

.
2. Select Settings and press OK.
3. Scroll to Phone Information and press OK.
Turn ERI Alert On / Off
You can set your phone to alert you when the phone is in Enhanced Roaming status.
1. From the Home screen, press the left soft key

Start
]
.
2. Select Settings and press OK.
3. Select Call Options and press OK.
4. Check or clear ERI Alert, and press
[Done]
.
Turn ERI Banner On / Off
If you do not desire to see the ERI notification, you have the option of toggling the banner displaying the ERI
messages on and off.
