6. Freeze Mode
You can operate the FREEZE button in live mode(full screen, quad screen, PIP1, PIP2,
sequence PIP).
You cannot operate the FREEZE button when a menu or search list is displayed on the
screen.
The button doesn’t work when DVR is recording mode, pan/tilt/zoom control mode
and zoom mode.
- In the live mode, press FREEZE button and the mode will be changed to Freeze Mode.

If you press the Channel button (CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4) during in live mode, that
channel of video picture will be frozen.
!
Each time you press the cannel button; channel freeze and display of number on
screen will be active and inactive.
- Press FREEZE button to exit from freeze mode.
7. Pan/Tilt/Zoom Control
You can operate the PAN, TILT, PAN AUTO, CAMERA ZOOM and FOCUS button in live
mode(full screen, quad screen, PIP1, PIP2, sequence PIP), auto switching mode, zoom
mode and freeze mode.
You cannot operate the Pan/Tilt/Zoom control button when a menu or search list is
displayed on the screen.
The buttons don’t work when DVR is recording mode and playback mode.
- Turn off the DVR and connect between RS-485 port on the rear of DVR and Pan/Tilt Drive
or Speed Dome Camera.
- Turn on the Power and select the Pan/Tilt/Zoom Model in the Pan/Tilt setup in the Menu.
- Select the command button of Pan/Tilt/Zoom control button (PAN, TILT, PAN AUTO,
CAMERA ZOOM, FOCUS).
- To control the Pan/Tilt/Zoom/Focus, DVR have to enter Pan/Tilt Control Mode and user
can find the current status of DVR. (Refer to below Summary)
- Press the channel button that you want to control.
- To control Pan/Tilt/Zoom/Focus by pressing Up/Down/Left/Right button or turning the
Shuttle ring.
- To exit from Pan/Tilt/Zoom control Mode, press the same command button. The mode will
be changed to live mode.
