6. Troubleshooting                                                                                                            

                                       

When you contact the service center, please provide the following information:
    ● Model No. and Serial No. of the UPS.

    ● The date when the problem arose.

    ● Complete description of the problem, including the panel display, alarm warning, and power 

 

      condition and the load capacity. If the UPS is a long backup time model, you may also provide the  

      battery information.
