Safety pressure  

Since the vacuum has a dominating influence on the product temperature, 
Martin Christ Gefriertrocknungsanlagen GmbH has integrated a so-called 
safety pressure function into their units in order to protect the products. If 
the pressure inside the rotor chamber rises too quickly 

– above the safety 

limit 

– the energy supply of the unit will be interrupted so that the 

evaporation process slows down.
