Translation of the original operating manual
Installation of the rotor shaft
• Clean the thrust piece, compression spring, and hexagon socket key.
• Clean the cap and grease the O-ring of the cap slightly with vacuum
grease.
• Insert a new upper ball bearing.
• Attach the installation tool (order no. 169181, included in the scope of
the supply) to the rotor shaft.

• Push the rotor shaft together with the magnetic coupling vertically onto
the axle and push the entire group of components down with the aid of
the installation tool until it reaches the stop.
• Remove the installation tool.
• Install the thrust piece and the compression spring on the axle and
secure them in place with the hexagon socket screw with 1.5 Nm.
• Attach the cap.
• Connect the power cord and switch the RVC on via the mains power
switch.
• Perform a test run.
NOTE
If the unit does not reach the necessary speed, the gap between the
magnetic coupling and rotor chamber bottom may be too wide (optimum
value: 2.4
0.3mm).
• In this case, press the rotor shaft down until it reaches the stop!
