DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROLS
Our rounding machines are equipped with an electronic start/stop
control unit.
The picture below shows the board’s control buttons.
A) START - screw start
B) STOP - screw stop
C) WARNING LIGHT ON - screw moving
D) EMERGENCY BUTTON

ROUNDING MACHINE USE
Before starting each work cycle
make sure
that the machine is
perfectly clean, especially the surfaces in contact with the dough.
Whenever necessary, proceed with cleaning in accordance with
the methods (see point 6).
Before the operative phase can start, the portions of dough to be
rounded must be prepared and a portion holder drawer must be
positioned under the machine cylinder
Once the machine has started, pressing the white key
“1” (A)
, insert
a portion of dough into the funnel.
Then, the action of the spiral causes the dough to advance and then
be compressed against the scored surface of the cylinder. The
