Pesto and Pecorino Pizza
Two layers of creamy cheese plus fragrant pesto add up to a
pizza you can’t stop eating.
1. Lightly spray Food Mover™ cooking pan with cooking spray.
2. Stretch pizza dough to fit the cooking pan; the dough should
be about
¼
-inch thick.
3. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta, pecorino, the shredded
mozzarella, cream, garlic powder, black pepper, and pepper
flakes. Evenly spread the cheese mixture over the pizza crust.
Top with the pesto, then distribute the fresh mozzarella over
the pesto—it won’t cover the entire pizza.
4. Situate the tray so that half is inside the unit and the other
half is resting on the entrance door.
5. Set the Food Mover™ to the Pizza setting.
Note:
Turn off the Frozen setting by pressing the Frozen
button; it should turn from blue (on) to white (off).
6. Bake until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden
brown.
7. Allow pizza to cool slightly before slicing, and serve topped
with additional red pepper flakes if desired.
