FILE PREFIXES
The display of the Megabeat One will show different file names.
The files could be:

Songs
◆
Songs with “pilot-track” for Digitar
◆
SysEx (System Exclusive) Dump Files
◆
Audio Files
◆
Generic Files (they do not belong to any of the other categories)
Since every file recorded on the hard disk can be displayed on the screen
(SINGLE PLAY mode, GROUP PLAY mode, UTILITY mode), different prefixes
(symbols displayed on the left of the file name) are used to identify the different
types of files.
The prefixes used are the following:

Generic Files (unknown type)

OTE
Audio Files can be recorded on the hard disk of the Megabeat One through
the optional Audio Recording system (it turns analog signals into digital tracks).
Generic Files can be recorded on the hard disk of the Megabeat One through
a data transfer from a PC (PC DATA DUMP function).
