1.4 Display and use of the keypad
The VC431 has a main menu with icons to access the equipment's main applications,
options and adjustments. The top left part of the display always has an indicator showing the
current application, option or setting:

Main menu

Hand-Arm Application.

Whole body Application.

Building Application

Structure Application

View/Delete register option

Delete memory option

Sensitivity adjustment

Contrast setting

Clock setting

Test Option
The indication is accompanied by a battery icon that shows current battery charge status
(see section 2.1.2).
MAIN MENU
The main menu display also shows:
- At the top of the display: date and time.
- At the bottom of the display: indicator of memory occupied (as a %), the number of
registers contained by the VC431 with regard to the maximum (256*) and a numerical
identifier of the last recording made.
Note *: the total number of registers (recording or final result) is limited to 256.
APPLICATIONS
In each application, the information about measurement
time elapsed and status is provided at the top right of
the display:

Recording

Halted

Or paused
The information displayed at the bottom of the
application displays is the same as that which is
explained on the main menu display.
