The electronics protect the battery from any damage caused by complete depletion.
A completely charged battery provides 100% of its
energy between -20 and + 50 °C (- 4 and +122 °F).
Continuous overload causes deactivation due to overheating. In such a case, allow the battery
to cool down; if the battery feels hot to the touch, it can be cooled down more quickly by inser-
ting it into the relevant “AIR COOLED” battery charger.
Optimal battery storage temperature is between 10 and 30 °C(50 and 86 °F).
Removal / Insertion of the battery
(Ref. to Fig. 3)
Position the pump as shown in Fig. 3.
Press button (5) and open the cover (6).
Removal
:
Press button (15) and pull the battery fi rmly to remove it from its seat. If necessary, use the
strap (14) to facilitate extraction.
Insertion:
Insert the battery into the slots until it locks into place.
Close the cover (6) ensuring that it is fully locked with the button (5).
Before inserting the battery, move the strap(14) so that it does not hinder the operation.
The strap must be placed as shown in fi gure 3 after inserting the battery.
(H) PORTABLE HYDRAULIC PUMP
:
motor-driven at 36V DC current, battery powered for autono-
mous use. Provided with a pressure transmitter that ensures precision and repeatability of the
work cycles and a maximum pressure valve to ensure maximum operator safety. The memory
card integrated into the pump allows the storage of the data relating to operating cycles, errors
and malfunctions are then displayed on a PC using specifi c software.
Main components (Ref. to Fig. 2):
1
STRAP FASTENING RING
2
OIL FILLER CAP
3
OLED DISPLAY, switches on automatically when the operating button is pressed, and off
after 5 minutes of non-operation).
4
CAPACITIVE TOUCH BUTTON (for menu selection allows selection of various screens (Ref. to §
4) only when the display is on.
Do not apply pressure to or stab at the touch button, a light touch using a bare fi nger is
suffi
cient. The command pulse is sent when the fi nger releases the button.
The capacitive menu selection button may not work if touched using objects or when wearing
gloves, therefore always operate it using a bare fi nger.
