6.7 Cleaning the condenser
The build-up of dust and grease on the cooling condenser may cause overheating, and this in turn could
damage the compressor beyond repair.
The condenser must always be cleaned when necessary.
1 -
Disconnect the machine from the electricity supply.
2 -
Remove the upper and front panels.
3 -
Use a soft brush, a vacuum cleaner or low-pressure
compressed air to clean the condenser fins.
4 -
Remove any dust from the cooling and electrical
components.
5 -
Refit the upper panel.
6 -
Reconnect the machine to the electricity supply.
Do not use high pressures, as they may bend the condenser fins.
