BUTTERFLY VALVE / SLIDE GATE (Optional)
The butterfly is fastened directly to the supply bin chamber by a valve flange. An actuator is directly
connected to the butterfly which controls the butterfly disc, which starts and stops the flow of material
to bulk bagger.
Deck Vibrators (Optional)
Vibrators can be added to the deck to provide low end vibrator during the filling of the bag.
The vibrators are attached directly to the deck and are programmed to come on after the bag has reached a
certain weight. It will continue to run thru the bulking cycle. The program can be setup to run thru the entire filling
cycle or shutoff when the weight in the bag reaches a second set point.
BAG Pre-INFLATE / BAG EXHAUST (Optional)
Our Model 510 can be equipped with a Bag pre-inflate. This feature inflates the bag prior to filling to give you full
volume of the bag.
Inflatable Bag Cuff (Optional)
This is a rubber bladder that inflates and deflates on each filling cycle. It is used to control the dust from material
as it is filling into the bag. Usually this option and the Bag pre-inflate option are used together. When the two
options are used together this gives a place for the air in the bag to escape. The bag exhaust is part of the Pre-
Inflate feature.
