HTTP
HTTP port
. This can be any value other than the default port 80. Once the port is changed, users must be
notified of the change in order for the connection to be successful. For instance, when the Administrator
changes the HTTP port of the DDK-3000 Video Encoder whose IP address is 192.168.0.100 from 80 to
8080, the users must type in the web browser:
http://192.168.0.100:8080
instead of
http://192.168.0.100
.
Streaming
Control channel port
. This can be anything other than the default port 5001 in order to work with the
port opened by the firewall.
Audio channel port
. This can be anything other than the default port 5002 in order to work with the port
opened by the firewall.
Video channel port
. This can be anything other than the default port 5003 in order to work with the port
opened by the firewall.
Improve audio quality in low bandwidth environment
. If the DDK-3000 Video Encoder seems to work
in a low bandwidth network environment, the user can select this option to improve audio quality by
sacrificing some real-time synchronization.
Mute
. Forces the transmission protocol to HTTP and disable audio.
Some invalid settings may result in the system failing to respond. Change the configuration only if
necessary and consult with your network supervisor or experienced users for correct settings. Once the
system has lost contact, refer to Appendix A for reset and restore procedures.
