•  Pursuant to art 13 law decree no.151 of 25 July, 

No. 151 “Implementation of directive 2011/65 UE

of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic 

equipment, as well as disposal of waste”.

The crossed out trash bin icon displayed on the device, 

means that at the end of its life this product must be 

disposed using separate waste collection methods. 

Separate waste collection of this equipment at 

the end of its life is organized and managed by the 

manufacturer. When the users need to dispose of this 

equipment, they shall contact the manufacturer and 

follow the system that the manufacturer has adopted 

to enable separate collection of the equipment after 

its useful life.

Suitable separate collection to start the process 

of sending the discarded device towards recycling, 

environment-friendly compatible disposal, 

 

contributes to prevent possible negative effects 

on the environment and on health and favours the 

reuse and/or recycling of the materials with which 

the equipment is made. Illegal product disposal on 

the part of the user shall result on the application 

of the administrative penalties envisaged by current 

regulations.
