reading. See page 24.

Enter and save the target temperature of your baking application.
End of Procedure
1 Jump to the temperature setpoint menu.
a. Press the blue setpoint button on the display
screen homepage.
•
The display will jump to the temperature
setpoint screen, showing a keypad on the
right side.

2 Enter a new temperature setpoint that oven will heat to.
a. Use keypad.
3 Save the new setpoint.
Press the blue SAVE button to the right of the
keypad.

The new setpoint will appear in the
Setpoint icon on the left side of the screen.
4 Return the display to the homepage.
a. Press the Home button on the top left side of
the temperature setpoint menu.
