• 

Please read this Manual first and follow the instructions carefully before you 

start using the Carving.

• 

Consult an expert to determine the best level of training for yourself.

• 

If you experience any dizziness, nausea or other physical discomfort during 

the training, stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor.

• 

Make sure a user with a pacemaker or using prescription medicine does not 

use the chest strap, as medication or electrical impulses from the pacemaker 
lead to an inaccurate pulse reading.

• 

Keep an eye on your heart rate while exercising and stop immediately if read

-

ings are abnormal.

• 

We recommend that you do warming up and cooling down exercises for 5 to 

10 minutes before and after using the Carving.  this allows your heart rate to 
return to normal and prevents muscle pain.

• 

Only use the Carving in the manner described in the Manual. Attachments or 

modifications not recommended by the manufacturer will void the warranty.

• 

The Carving has to remain on a flat surface.

• 

The Carving can only be used by one person at a time.

• 

The Carving is suitable for people with a body weight up to 150 kg – 330 Lbs.

• 

Any  defects  to  the  machine  caused  by  users  heavier  than  150  kg  –  330  Lbs 

are not covered.

• 

Make sure there is always at least 1 meter – 3 Feet space on all sides of the 

Carving when you are training.

• 

Keep children and pets away from the equipment.

• 

People  with  disabilities  should  receive  medical  clearance  and  guidance  be

fore using the Carving

•   Do  not  attempt  to  remove  the  shrouds  of  the  Carving.  Service  should  be
