• 

Do not place any hands or feet underneath the Carving.

• 

Never place fingers or other object in the moving parts of the Carving.

• 

Never drop or insert any object into any opening.

• 

Never move the pedal with the hands. To avoid injuries on your fingers, hands 

or arms, do not come nearby the moving mechanism of the Carving.

• 

Never hold your breath during your exercise.

• 

Your breathing should be at a normal rhythm depending on the intensity of 

your training.

• 

Start the training program slowly and build it up gradually

• 

Always wear suitable clothing and shoes when training. Do not wear clothes 

that are too wide.  they could get caught between the moving parts of the 
Carving.

• 

When moving the Carving always use suitable lifting techniques in order to 

avoid back injuries.

• 

The owner of this piece of equipment is responsible for advising all users of 

the warnings and instructions listed in this Manual.

• 

Never use the Carving when it is not working correctly.

• 

The Carving is intended for use in a clean, dry environment. Storage in cold 

or humid areas will create problems with the machine.

• 

Check before use of the Carving of its correct functions. In case of malfunc-

tion or defect stop exercising and contact your dealer.

• 

Use  the  Carving  only  in  the  way  as  described  in  this  manual.  During  use  of 

the Carving hold and support your self on the handlebar. if you fall you can 
be hurt. Carving Fitness™ is not responsibility for personal injury or damage 
to property caused by use of this product.
