5.4 – Power wiring cable

The connection cable between the electric heater control box 
and the unit control box must be connected to ensure control 
during operation.

Cables corresponding to the unit wiring diagram must be 
connected between terminals 14, 19, 5 and 1 of the terminal 
strip in the electric heater control box and in the unit control 
box. For the packaged 50TA/TY units these have the following 
characteristics:

NOTE: The wire section is suitable for ambient temperatures 
below 50°C.

NOTE:  All data applies to packaged units. For split system 
units the data depends on the distance between indoor and 
outdoor units.

These cable assemblies must be run from the thermal-magnetic 
switch of the electric heaters inside the control box to the power 
and control box for the unit, as shown in the unit wiring dia-
grams. Cable
