Regular
maintenance
•
Any and all parts removal or replacement must be performed by a
CAROL approved service technician.
•
Do not use your CAROL bike if there are any signs of damage, or if there
are any worn or broken parts until repaired.
•
Use only official replacement parts supplied by CAROL or by your region/
country’s CAROL reseller.
•
Never adjust the belt tension.
•
Never adjust the magnet block, motor or flywheel.
•
In the event of unusual noise from the belt, cranks or flywheel, call
CAROL Customer Support.
Cleaning
•
Keep the display clean using a microfiber cleaning cloth.
•
Avoid liquids and wet cloths near the tablet display and charging dock.
•
Wipe down the unit using a microfiber cleaning cloth with CAROL
approved solution (cleaning agents should be alcohol and ammonia-
free).
•
Disinfect the saddle and handlebars.
•
Wipe off all residues.
Levelling
•
Ensure your CAROL is level and stable.
•
Check and adjust the levelling feet if required.
•
Do not remove labels for any reason. They contain important information.
•
If unreadable or missing, contact CAROL or your CAROL reseller for a
replacement.
•
Preventative maintenance is crucial to the smooth operation of your
CAROL Bike, as well as keeping your liability to a minimum. Your CAROL
Bike needs to be inspected at regular intervals.
•
Ensure that any person(s) making adjustments or performing
maintenance or repair of any kind is qualified to do so.
