Most problems arise due to an unstable
internet connection or loss of power to the
bike.
Wi-Fi setting
To access Wi-Fi settings, press the cog symbol
in the top right of the login screen of the
CAROL bike app and select "Connect Wi-Fi"
from the menu.
Identify your Wi-Fi network, check connection
status and enter your password if required.
If you incorrectly entered your Wi-Fi password,
you will need to press and hold the
Wi-Fi network name and select “Forget
Network”. Once this is complete, repeat the
connection process ensuring the password is
correct.
Exit Wi-Fi settings by pressing the back arrow
in the navigation bar.
If you have trouble connecting your bike to Wi-
Fi, please contact Customer Support.
Loss of power
If the bike loses power, check that the external
power source is on. Check the power lead
is properly inserted into the power supply
and the power supply connector is properly
inserted into the bike.
To check if the bike is receiving power, remove
the power connector on the bike and re-insert
it. You will hear the motor automatically run
through a setup procedure if the bike is
receiving power.
If the bike is still not receiving power, please
contact CAROL Customer Support.
