FUEL SYSTEM
•
Check fuel level ( Daily ). Replenish as
necessary. DO NOT fill tank more than 7/8
full to allow fuel to expand when
temperatures are high.
•
Check fuel tank and hoses for leaks ( Daily ).
Repair or replace as needed.
• Follow the engine owner’s manual to
maintain fuel filter and fuel/water separator,
as equipped. It is recommended to replace
the fuel filter at 500 hour intervals or every
6 months. Only use engine manufacturer
approved fuel filters. Make sure to clean the
area around the fuel filter before removing
any parts; do not take a chance on
contaminating the fuel line. Do not leave
spilled fuel on the machine; spilled fuel on
hot engine parts can cause fires.

BELTS
NOTICE
Tension on newly installed belts drops rapidly
during the first hours of operation. Check and
adjust frequently during the first 24 hours.
Do Not over tighten belts. An overly tight belt
can cause damage to the belt and bearings.
