Training: HRC-Mode
Tap HRC to enter the settings screen for Heart Rate Control mode.
In this mode, you can enter your tar-
get heart rate. The treadmill speed
will autmatically correct itself in in-
tervals of 30 seconds, to align your
actual pulse with the target rate you
entered.
Enter your age in the AGE field.
In the PULSE field, enter your target
heart rate. After having entered
your age, the optimal target pulse
will be calculated by the formula
[(220 - age) x 0,6].
This value can
be edited by the user nonetheless.
Finally, set the workout duration and
tap START to begin the training with
the parameters set. Adjust the inc-
line manually during your workout.
The initial speed is 0.8km/h. The speed will be adjusted automatically after about a minute. The treadmill checks for
your pulse every 30 seconds and adjusts the speed accordingly, to approach the target pulse gradually.
The treadmill stops, when you hit STOP, or when a) your heart rate is out of detection twi-
ce, b) when the speed is already below 0.8km/h or c) when the user‘s heart rate is over the target rate.
Training: Scene
Tap SCENE for the screne programs (swipe to select): Country Road (2km), Open Valley (3km) or City Street (4km).
Press START to begin working out.
The treadmill stops when the
distance is completed (you can also
stop manually here, as well).
