During workout, use the SPEED or INCLINE buttons (see p. 18), or tap the respective areas on the screen. Use the
speaker buttons to adjust the output volume.
Press STOP to end the training. The treadmill slows down and slowly stops. The display shows your latest workout
records:
Tap on the X to dismiss the records display, or use the share functios to share your workout data with your facebook or
twitter community. The integrated web browser opens the Facebook or Twitter app. Continue to logon with your user
data then.
Training: Programs
Enter the training program mode by tapping
. Swipe over the display or tap the upper screen edge (saying "Rapid
Weight Loss“ in the above image),to select one of the 12 available programs:
Fat Burning, Health, Street Mode, Mountain Mode, Beach Mode, Body Workout Mode, Best for Middle Aged Person,
Best for the Elderly, Diet Mode, Walking Mode, Female Mode, Male Mode
The pre-set workout duration is 30 minutes. The time can be adjusted between 8:00 and 99:00 minutes.
Every program consists of 20 sections, unattached by the total duration (each section will be 1/20th of the total time).
In all programs:
During workout, you can adjust speed or incline (or both) by taping the respective areas on the display
or by using the SPEED and INCLINE buttons on the panel (see p. 18).
Press the arrow icon (BACK) on the lower screen edge to return to main menu. Tap the speaker icons to adjust the
output volume.
Press STOP to end the training. The treadmill slows down and slowly stops. The display shows your latest workout
records.
