Training: User Programs
Tap USER to create user customized programs.
There are three preset memory
locations available to save your
customized programs to (USER 1 -
USER 3).
You can adjust the number of
sections (1 - 20) and edit the pa-
rameters of each section: speed
(1 - 20km/h), incline (1 - 15°) and total
workout duration (8:00 - 99:00 min).
After starting the program, you can
also still adjust speed and incline as
in the other programs.
Tap the arrow icon (BACK) on the
lower screen edge to return to main
menu.
Press STOP to end the training. The treadmill slows down and slowly stops. The display shows your latest workout records.
Training: Target Training Mode
Tap TARGET to set your personal target for a target training.
You can set a time countdown, a
distance to reach, or a certain num-
ber of calories, you want to burn in
your workout session.
As for the other programs, you can
adjust speed and incline during the
workout.
The treadmill slows down and stops
on reaching your pre-set target or
when you manually stop (STOP).
Tap the arrow icon (BACK) on the
lower screen edge to return to main
menu.
