
Management of Users
The method of managing users who use the host machine varies depending on the server used for authentication.
Whereas management is performed on the authentication server when using an authentication server such as Active Directory,
when using the authentication function of the host machine, user management is also performed using the authentication
management function.
This section gives an introduction of the information on using the authentication function of the host machine.
The login service for performing user management using the authentication management function of the host machine is as
follows.
• User Authentication (local authentication, Picture Login)
• DepartmentID Authentication

Registering/Editing/Deleting Users
Users can be registered, edited, or deleted from the Control Panel or remote UI.

Importing/Exporting Registered Users
Users registerd in the host machine can be exported to and imported froma file.
This function can be used for backin up user information, and can also be used for duplicating user information to another device.

The system administrator is a user who can manage all of the items
