When the main controller PCB is replaced.
When the main controller PCB is replaced, perform the following operations.
Up to Backup Service V1.2.1
1. Uninstall the following four applications that configure the backup service.
•
Access Token Provider
• Application Configuration Management
• Data Backup Service
• Data Port
2. Reinstall the backup service.
3. Acquire the device re-connection key.
4. Acquire the device re-connection key and re-register the device.
5. Configure the scheduled backup again. (Because the uninstallation initializes the scheduled backup configuration)
Backup Service V3.0.0 or later
1. Acquire the device re-connection key if needed.
2. Re-register the device with using the device registration key or the device re-connection key.
