Naming rule for log file:
It is recorded as "usb_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.log". “yyyymmdd_hhmmss” indicates year, month, 
date, and time (hour, minute, second) when the log is collected.

Troubleshooting

Press the [Start] button on the CanonLogCollector screen. If "Receiving log is finished th 
time-out." appears, the log data has not been properly sent from the host machine to the PC. 
The size of the log file should be approx. 1KB. Collect the log again after setting the USB 
connection properly. The size of a properly collected log should be 200 to 300 KB.
