Adjust the paper guide to the stack of paper.

This keeps the paper feeding straight into the printer and reduces
skewing.

Be sure there is no gap between the paper guide and the edge of
the stack of paper.

Make sure the printer is turned on and on-line and start your print
operation.

Initiate printing from the software application.
❏
See your software application’s documentation for instructions on
how to start printing.
While the printer receives data, the Data indicator
blinks. The Data
indicator turns off when printing is finished.

If the printer stops operating while the Data indicator is on, press and hold
down the
FF
button to print the received data and eject the sheet.
