Communications Using the Subaddress (Subaddress)

Press “Subaddress” and enter the other party’s subaddress

press “Password” and enter the other party’s password using

-

(numeric keys)

press “OK.”

If the other party did not set an RX password in the target subaddress, you do not need to
enter a password.

The specified mode is set and the display returns to the Fax Basic Features screen.

Specify the sending destination, and press

(Start).

To specify destinations, see ‘Various Dialing Methods,’ on p. 2-19.

NOTE
•

If you specify the remote machine using One-touch Speed Dialing or Coded Speed Dialing in
which a subaddress and RX password are registered, the registered subaddress and RX
password are used, even if you set a subaddress and RX password with this function.
