Various Dialing Methods
This machine provides you with four ways to specify the faxing destination:

Specifying Destinations Using Numeric Keys
Specify one or more destinations using
-
(numeric keys).
■
Specifying the Last Destination Dialed Using Numeric Keys
Specify the last destination that was dialed using
-
(numeric keys) by using
“Redial” on the Fax Basic Features screen.
■
Specifying with Coded Speed Dialing
Specify one or more destinations using the Coded Dialing Number by using “Coded
Dialing” on the Fax Basic Features screen.
■
Specifying with the Directory
Specify the destination by using “Address Book” on the Fax Basic Features screen.
Specifying Destinations Using Numeric Keys
Dial the number of the other party using
-
(numeric keys) on the control panel. You
can also dial several numbers in succession and send the original to several destinations in a
single operation.

Place your originals.
For instructions explaining how to set the original, see ‘Sending an Original,’ on p. 2-7.

Make sure the machine is ready to send, and enter the other party’s
number using

(numeric keys).
