STEP 16
Use denatured alcohol to clean the inner bearing cup
(1) and seal contact area (2). Remove any excess
alcohol.
NOTE: On models before TRE0216003 Steps 17
through 19 must be done in rapid succession to allow
the bearing and hub assembly to be installed without
a press. If the bearing is not heated a press will be
needed for Step 20.

STEP 17
Install the inner bearing (1) in the hub.
On models before TRE0216003 heat the bearing in
an oven to 300°F (148°C) for 20 minutes.
NOTE: On older models with press fit bearings that
have significant damage it is possible to upgrade to
the new slide fit bearings. It will require a new axle,
hub and bearings available from Camso Service
Parts.

Lubricate the seal load ring with denatured alcohol.
Install the seal (1) and load ring in the hub.
