1 - INTRODUZIONE
1.1 Funzioni e utilizzo del manuale di uso e manutenzione
Per salvaguardare l’incolumità dell’operatore ed evitare possibili danneggiamenti, prima di compiere qualsiasi
operazione sul prodotto è indispensabile aver preso conoscenza di tutto il manuale di uso e manutenzione. Le
presenti istruzioni hanno la funzione di descrivere il funzionamento dell’articolo ed il suo utilizzo sicuro,
economico e conforme alle normative. L’osservanza delle istruzioni contribuisce ad evitare pericoli, a ridurre i
costi di riparazione e di sospensione del lavoro e ad aumentare la durata del prodotto.
Il presente manuale deve essere integro e leggibile in ogni sua parte. Ogni operatore addetto all’uso dell’articolo
o responsabile della sua manutenzione deve conoscerne la collocazione ed avere la possibilità di consultarlo in
ogni momento.
1.2 Simbologia e qualifica degli operatori addetti
Tutte le interazioni uomo-macchina descritte all’interno del manuale debbono essere eseguite da personale
conforme alle istruzioni fornite dal costruttore. Ogni operazione descritta è accompagnata dal pittogramma
relativo all’operatore ritenuto più idoneo alle mansioni da svolgere.
A seguito sono fornite le indicazioni necessarie all’identificazione delle varie figure professionali.
Operatori
Personale addetto ad installazione, gestione del funzionamento, regolazione, manutenzione ordinaria, pulizia e
trasporto del prodotto.
Manutentori meccanici
Personale con competenze meccaniche specifiche, in grado di svolgere gli interventi di installazione,
manutenzione straordinaria e/o riparazione e di attivare il prodotto anche quando i sistemi di sicurezza e di
protezione siano parzialmente o totalmente disabilitati. Non è abilitato ad effettuare interventi di carattere
elettrico/elettronico.
Manutentore elettrico / elettronico
Personale con competenze elettriche/elettroniche specifiche in grado di svolgere gli interventi di installazione,
manutenzione straordinaria e/o riparazione e di attivare il prodotto anche quando i sistemi di sicurezza e di
protezione siano parzialmente o totalmente disabilitati. Non è abilitato ad effettuare interventi di carattere
meccanico.
Officina autorizzata ad eseguire operazioni di riparazione dei prodotti CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l.

1.3 Dichiarazione di conformità
Ogni prodotto destinato a Paesi compresi nell’ambito dell’Unione Europea (UE) è fornito con caratteristiche
adeguate a quanto richiesto dalla Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE ed ad ogni altra Direttiva applicabile allo
specifico articolo.
La relativa dichiarazione di conformità del costruttore è allegata al manuale di uso e manutenzione.
