the SLEEP period. The SLEEP time can also be adjusted by pressing the [SLEEP] button (3).
• To switch off the SLEEP timer function during SLEEP mode, press the [SLEEP] button (3) repeatedly till
the OFF option or press the [ON/OFF] button (6).
Note: the Sleep Timer function can be used without problems in combination with a set alarm(s).
Radio operation
• Press the [ON/OFF] button (6) once to turn ON the radio. The radio receives a FM band and the LED display
indicates the frequency. After 3 seconds, the LED display will change back to show the time.
• Adjust the volume by pressing the [/-] buttons (1/2).
• Tune into the desired station by either of the 2 following methods:
- Manual Tuning:
Use the [◄ / ►] buttons (4/5) until the desired station is reached.
- Auto Scanning:
Press and hold either the [◄] or [►] button (4/5) for more than 2 seconds to start auto
scan. Scanning will stop automatically when a clear radio signal is found. Repeat the same procedure by
using the same button until your desired station is found.
Note: To stop auto scanning, press any button once.
• To turn off the radio, press the [ON/OFF] (6)..
Note: The current station and volume level will be memorized when the radio is turned off. Once you turn on
the radio again, the memorized station will be broadcasted at the memorized volume level.
Preset stations
• In radio mode, tune into a radio station (see above).
• Press and hold the [SET] button (7) for more than 2 seconds until preset number appears and flashes.
• You can then choose the preset position (P01~P10) by pressing the [MEMORIE◄ / ►] buttons (4/5).
• Press once [SET] (7) button, or wait 8 seconds, to set the preset.
• Repeat these steps until all 10 are set preset stations, or you can stop earlier of course.
• To recall a memorized preset station press the [SET] button (7) repeatedly till you reached the desired
number.
Note: The FM frequency band can store up to 10 preset stations.
Back up battery
Insert two CR03 (AAA) batteries (
not
included) into the battery compartment. In the event of a power
interruption or if unplugged, your time settings will be saved for a short period of time.
