User Layers
The CDC five also allows input channels, busses and VCAs to be pinned / stuck to the screen in any
combination in a USER LAYER or custom layer. These will remain on the screen - with the associated
fader (s) also pinned in the fader tray - whilst the remainder of the channels can
be navigated
as normal
(unless all 16 channels are used).
39: CUSTOM LAYERS: Inputs with 2 x VCAs and 2 x Busses pinned to the screen
USER LAYERS can be accessed through the MENU screen menu via USER OPTIONS menu and
LAYERS. Any combination of INPUTS, BUSSES, VCAs and MONITOR functions can be allocated to a
layer. The USER LAYER can be saved, named, coloured coded and pinned to either side - left or right -
of the screen and be allocated to a USER ASSIGN button.
