Ursache und Lösung
1. Drucker im Monitormodus;
Abbruch des Monitormodus
mit Taste
.
1. Formateinstellung in
Software zu groß,
Einstellung korrigieren.
1. Druckkopf verschmutzt;
Druckkopf reinigen.
2. Druckkopf defekt (Ausfall
von Heizpunkten);
Druckkopf austauschen.

"immer" umstellen.

Cause and solution
1. Printer in monitor (ASCII
dump) mode; quit this mode
by pressing the
key.
1. Label height setting in software
is too large; correct setting.
1. Printhead is dirty;
clean the printhead.
2. Printhead defective (failure
of heating elements);
replace printhead.
1. Printer is used with the back-
feed setting "smart" in the
dispense or cut mode.
Set the backfeed in the Printer
Configuration to "always".
