Justage der Wickelmomente an den Transferfolien-
wicklern und am internen Aufwickler

1.

Trennen Sie den Drucker vom Netz.

2.

Demontieren Sie die Rückwand.

3.

Justieren Sie die Wickelmomente durch Drehen an
der Rändelmutter der jeweiligen Kupplung (8, 9, 10) :
- Drehung im Uhrzeigersinn -höheres Moment
- Drehung entgegen Uhrzeigersinn -kleineres Moment

Hinweis!
Die Zahlen auf der Rändelmutter sind keine
Einstellwerte, sie dienen nur der Orientierung!

4.

Wiederholen Sie die Messung.

5.

Montieren Sie nach Ende der Justage die Rückwand.

Adjusting the Hub Torques of the Transfer Ribbon Hubs
and the Internal Rewinder

1.

Unplug the power cable.

2.

Remove the rear cover.

3.

Adjust the winding torque by turning the knurled nut of
the corresponding clutch (8, 9, 10):
- Turning it clockwise increases the torque
- Turning it anti-clockwise decreases the torque

Notice!
The numbers on the knurled nut are not
setting values, they are for orientation only.

4.

Repeat the measuring.

5.

Refit the rear cover after completing the adjustment.
