Warranty
C-COR.net warrants from the date of shipment to Customer that Product bearing the C-COR.net name
will substantially conform to C-COR.net specifications in effect as of the date of shipment and will be
free from substantial defects in material and workmanship under normal use, given proper installation
and maintenance, for the specified warranty period for the Product. C-COR.net further warrants to
Customer that all Services performed by C-COR.net for Customer will be provided in a workmanlike
manner. Warranty of C-COR.net Standard Software is set forth in the software license.
Customer must promptly notify C-COR.net of any claimed defect in the Product and/or Services.
C-COR.net or its agent may inspect the Product or workmanship on Customer's premises. Product
returned to C-COR.net under warranty must be shipped prepaid by Customer.
C-COR.net shall, at its expense, correct any defect in material and workmanship in products
manufactured by C-COR.net which may appear within the Warranty Period. C-COR.net MAKES NO
OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY OTHER KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH
RESPECT TO THE GOODS, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER.
The "Warranty Period" for C-COR.net's primary products is as follows:
1. DV6000
®
Digital Transport System Products: two (2) years from date of shipment.
2. lumaCOR™ Headend and Hub Products: three (3) years from date of shipment.
3. Optiworx™ Headend Products: two (2) years from date of shipment
4. naviCOR ® and I-Flex ® Nodes: three (3) years from date of shipment.
5. Optiworx™ Nodes: two (2) years from date of shipment.
6. FlexNet ® RF Products: five (5) years from date of shipment.
7. I-Flex
®
RF Products: five (5) years from date of shipment.
8. Optiworx™ RF Products: two (2) years from date of shipment
9. Specialty Products manufactured in C-COR.net's equipment service center: CATV products:
three (3) years from date of shipment; DATA products: one (1) year from date of shipment.
10. All other Products: ninety (90) days from date of shipment.
The C-COR.net warranty shall not cover fuses, batteries, and lamps. It does cover transistors and
integrated circuits to the extent that C-COR.net is warranted by the original manufacturer.
WITH RESPECT TO ALL PURCHASES OF PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICES FROM C-COR.net BY CUSTOMER,
THE ABOVE WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL
OTHER OBLIGATIONS OF C-COR.net, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED
BY C-COR.net.
