WARNING
Risks of personal injury from crushing, shearing, cutting, amputation, entrapment,
winding up, entanglement, catching and impact may arise if the machine starts up
inadvertently.
Secure the machine against inadvertent start-up before troubleshooting it.
Wait until the machine has come to a complete stop before entering the danger area.

The mixing auger does not turn
when the drive shaft is activated.
A shear bolt on the shear bolt cou-
pling upstream from the planetary
gear has broken.
Replace the shear bolt.
Weighing unit showing incorrect
values
The weighing computer is incorrect-
ly adjusted.
Check the settings of the weighing
computer; for this purpose, refer to
the operating manual for the weigh-
ing unit.
Loose screw connections.
Check screw connections of com-
ponents for tight fit.
The plug connector is dirty.
Clean and dry the plug (do not use
contact spray).
