DISASSEMBLY
Lock the castors of the bed.
Remove the trapeze pole.
Raise the bed to its highest position.
Remove the plug and strain relief from the
drive motors for the backrest and thigh rest.
Loosen both knurled screws
[i]
and pull the
end board/head section out halfway.
Remove the four side rail beams.
Lower the metal pins
[j]
for the side rails.
Remove the end board/head section from
the reclining surface frame.
Loosen both knurled screws
[i]
at the foot
end and pull of the end board/foot section.
Tighten the four knurled screws
[i]
again so
that they are not lost.
Remove both knurled screws
[c]
from the
frame connectors.
Loosen both knurled screws
[a]
and take the
reclining surface frame from the base frame.
Tighten the two knurled screws
[a]
again so
that they are not lost.
Reconnect the frame connectors in position
on the reclining surface frame.
Lower the base frame to its lowest position.
Remove the power plug from the wall socket.
Secure the cables to the base frame with
cable ties so that they are not damaged.
DEMONTAGE
Bremsen Sie die Laufrollen des Bettes.
Entfernen Sie den Aufrichter.
Fahren Sie das Bett in die höchste Position.
Ziehen Sie die Stecker und die Zugentlastun-
gen aus den Antriebsmotoren für Rückenlehne
und Oberschenkellehne.
Lösen Sie die beiden Rändelschrauben
[i]
und ziehen das Betthaupt Kopfteil zur Hälfte
heraus.
Entfernen Sie die vier Seitengitterholme.
Senken Sie die Metallzapfen
[j]
für die Sei-
tengitter ab.
Nehmen Sie das Betthaupt Kopfteil vom
Liegeflächenrahmen ab.
Lösen Sie die beiden Rändelschrauben
[i]
am Fußende und ziehen das Betthaupt Fußteil
ab.
Schrauben Sie die vier Rändelschrauben
[i]
wieder fest, damit sie nicht verloren gehen.
Schrauben Sie beide Rändelschrauben
[c]
an den Halteböcken heraus.
Lösen Sie die beide Rändelschrauben
[a]
und nehmen Sie den Liegeflächenrahmen vom
Untergestell.
Schrauben Sie die zwei
Rändelschrauben
[a]
wieder fest, damit sie nicht
verloren gehen.
Schrauben Sie die Halteböcke wieder an
ihren Platz am Liegeflächenrahmen.
Fahren Sie das Untergestell in die niedrigste
Position.
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steck-
dose.
Sichern Sie die Kabel am Untergestell mit
Kabelbindern, damit sie nicht beschädigt
werden.
