The manufacturer accepts no liability for any direct or indirect harm or injury to persons, things and do-
mestic animals that may arise from failure to abide by all the safety instructions contained in this manual,
especially failure to abide by the instructions on installation, use and maintenance of the blender.

Replacement or repair shall not extend the warranty period. The warranty does not cover the replace-
ment of consumables such as Jars/Containers, Lid, Filler Cup, Blades and blade assembly, drive socket(20)

The warranty runs from the date of the receipt as evidence of purchase and from receipt of the war-
ranty card by Casa Bugatti: visit Bugatti website to find the warranty product registration: www.casabugat-
ti.com . Carefully store the receipt for all the duration of the warranty. In case of return of the product,
proof of purchase has to be always available.

contact your authorized Bugatti Distributor, or send an e-mail to [email protected] for a distributor near
you.

Any item sent to Bugatti pursuant to the terms here of must be sent in original or sufficient packaging.
Customer is responsible for in-bound freight costs for warranty service. Do not return or send in products
without the approval from Bugatti. All product returns must have the Return Authorization Number clearly
marked on the outside of the box. Any product that is sent to Bugatti without prior authorization or appro-
val will be returned to the shipper’s address “as is” without repair.

The above limited warranty is your exclusive remedy, and you and Bugatti hereby expressly disclaim all
other warranties or conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty
of merchantability and any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and, without limiting the
generality of the foregoing, you and Bugatti hereby expressly exclude, to the extent permitted by law, the
application of any sale of goods legislation and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Interna-
tional Sale of Goods, as may be applicable. Some jurisdictions do not allow a limitation on implied warran-
ties or on special, incidental or consequential damages.

service these information will be checked during assistance and maintenance.
