Push front top cover marked “A” with the hook in the
slots of the side profile rail and push forward.

Screw back of top cover “A” to each side profile rail
using one self-tapping screw.

Push 15 3/4 inches (400 mm) wide top cover marked
“D” with the folded edge under the front top cover.

Screw the top rear boiler to the back of the rear most
top cover and side panels.

Screw the bottom rear boiler with the cut-out for the fill
and drain connection down onto the side panels.

Screw the left or right front panel with four machine
screws to the cast lugs of the burner door.

Hook burner door panel into the cut-outs in the front
cover.

place, the control panel must be fitted, the
capillary tubes fed to the sensor wells and
the sensors placed in the sensor wells (see
