Secure the two slotted hinge lobes to the burner door
using one M12 × 25 hexagon bolt for each.

Attach the burner door to the hinge pins using the
hinge lobes.
z
Close the burner door.

Installing the boiler rear panel

Insert the spacer pins into the rear section.
z
Tighten the rear boiler panel using nuts on the
threaded pins and spacer pins.

Tighten the hexagon bolts of the burner
door evenly.
