or top right corner of the calendar view to add
a new event.

Exchange
email account
and password.
Skip to step 3 if you have a
Google account.

to the confirmation message will
AUTOMATICALLY return you to the main screen.

Select meeting information including
Room Name

Meeting Title
,
Start
and
Ending time/date
.
Once selected click
Add
.
