If there are no messages
Voice says
‘You have no messages. For
Menu press 1.’
Press 1. You will hear a range of
numbered options.
If you know the number of the option
you require you can enter it
immediately instead of pressing

Thank you for calling’
after 8 seconds
and the call is ended.

keypad, using the security
access code described on page 29.
Whenever you access the system
remotely the base station will display

Call your Synergy telephone number.
It answers your call and plays the
outgoing message you last set.
Press

at any point during the
outgoing message.
Voice says
‘Please enter your security
code.’
Enter the code using the keypad.
If insufficient digits are entered within
8 seconds you will hear ‘
Error, Please
enter your security code.’
If you enter the wrong code you will
hear
‘Error. Thank you for calling’.
The call will be ended.
If you have entered the code correctly
you will have access to the Synergy 1400.
