second countdown.

Press the

DELETE

button within the

8 seconds.

After the countdown has finished.
The voice says:

‘All messages deleted’

and the base station and handset
return to standby.

If you want to cancel the command after
having pressed the

DELETE

button,

press the

ANSWER ON/OFF

button

during the 8 second countdown.

Countdown stops and the voice
announces

‘All messages saved’

. Both base

station and handset return to standby.

To delete all messages at the base
station

Pause option

When playing back messages at the
base station you can introduce a pause.

Press the

PLAY

button.

Base station display shows

flashing

(this indicates a pause during playback).

Playback stops until

PLAY

is pressed

again.

is not pressed within 30

seconds the playback process will stop
and you will be returned to standby.
