4. Ensure cooling system is full up to
the Max line.

1. Remove the coolant tank pressure
cap.
2. Using a funnel to avoid spillage,
add coolant in system as neces-
sary. D

3. Properly reinstall pressure cap on
cooling tank.
4. Close the cargo box.

A cooling system that frequently re-
quires addition of coolant is an indica-
tion of leaks or engine problems.

1. Remove the cooling system pres-
sure cap.
2. Unscrew coolant drain plug parti-
ally to drain the coolant into a suit-
able container.

1. Oil filter housing
2. Water pump cover
3. Coolant drain plug

1. Oil filter cover
2. Water pump cover
3. Coolant drain plug
3. Disconnect the lower radiator hose
from the water pump cover and
drain the remaining coolant into a
suitable container.
4. Tighten the coolant drain plug to
specification.
