1.4.2  Test Pattern (Function code 09) 

<Function> 

This function prints out a test pattern (Print Quality Check sheet) to allow the service personnel 
to check the print quality. 

<Operating Procedure> 

(1) Press 

the   or   button to display “MAINTENANCE 09” on the LCD in the initial stage of 

the maintenance mode. Then, press the 

OK

 button. 

(2)  Upon completion of test pattern printout, the machine returns to the initial stage of the 

maintenance mode. 

The figure below shows a test pattern that is printed.
