Load the sheet into the Feed Tray (for more information, see Load the Media on page 23).
When the sheet is loaded correctly, the LCD message changes to [
Media Set?
].

Press (Start) .

Processing
] appears on the LCD.
Note
When the foil transfer finishes, the LCD message changes to [
Ready
]. To continue transferring, return to
step 2.

If you have finished transferring, press (Power On/Off) to turn the machine off.
[
Shutting Down
] appears on the LCD, and then the machine turns off.
5.2 To Transfer the Foil onto a Two-sided Sheet
a
Use a laser printer to print the front side of the sheet.

Transfer the foil onto the printed content on the front side of the sheet using the machine.

Print the reverse side of the sheet onto which you have transferred the foil.

Transfer the foil onto the printed content on the reverse side of the sheet.
5.3 Load the Media
The Feed Tray can hold multiple sheets of a total thickness not exceeding 5 mm and feeds each sheet
individually. Use the 90 g/m
2
to 350 g/m
2
media and always fan the sheets before placing them in the Feed
Tray.
Important
• Make sure the media is completely dry.
• DO NOT pull on the sheet while it is feeding.
